What I can help with
Questions about walking the Citadelle, about which parts cost money, about whether a particular guided day actually comes here. That last one is the question I answer most often, and the short version is on every tour we list with the listing’s own wording next to it.
What I cannot help with
I am not a tour operator and I do not sell tickets. I cannot change, move or cancel a booking. That goes through GetYourGuide, using the confirmation email you were sent. I also cannot sell you entry to the souterrains, to Terra Nova, to the medieval visit or a Citadelle Pass: those are sold at the citadel’s own desk and nowhere else, and the prices are on tickets and passes.
